Camp Site Rental
Discover the fun of camping with your friends! Girl Scout groups can enjoy special getaways at Girl Scouts of San Francisco Bay Area properties located throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
Experience the adventure of cooking out, sleeping in a cabin or tent, gazing at the stars or learning about nature. Each council site offers something different.
Associations may reserve entire campsites for their events, and individual Girl Scout troops can plan their own special trips by reserving unit areas. Non Girl Scout groups can rent our facilities as well.

The Girls Scouts of San Francisco Bay Area maintain several camps and meeting centers available year round for special events and trips. Each camp, located in and around the greater Bay Area, has it's own charm and character. Click the links below to explore each camp.
Who Can Use Council Facilities?
Groups must consist of at least 60 percent registered Girl Scouts of San Francisco Bay Area to qualify for the rates listed. Other groups can rent the facilities for an additional fee. Overnight capacities at each site are based on several factors, including ACA safety standards.
How to Make a Reservation
- Make a tentative phone reservation by calling the site reservation specialist at the council office. Have back-up dates in mind in case your preferred date/location is unavailable.
Phone number (800) 447-4475 or (510) 562-8470
- Mail a $25 deposit to the council within ten days of your phone reservation. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the site will be made available to other troops.
- The balance of your site-use fee is due 45 days before your event, along with the coupon at the bottom section of the reservation confirmation statement. If the total site-use fee is not received, the reservation will be cancelled. The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- A $50 cleaning and equipment deposit, and in some cases a key deposit, will be collected for every unit reservation. For use of an entire site, the cleaning deposit is $100. This fee will be refunded after the rental, provided:
- The site manager certifies clean up was satisfactory.
- Gate and building keys, if used, are returned to the council office within 5 days of the rental.
- There are no damages to buildings, grounds or furniture.
- Keys, if required, will be mailed to you approximately seven days before the reservation date. They must be returned within five days after your stay. Cleaning deposits will not be returned until the keys are returned. There is also a $20 fee for late returns. This is because new keys are made promptly for availability to other users.
Cancellations
Groups who wish to cancel their reservation must provide notice by the cancellation deadline: 10 days prior to the event for groups renting individual units, or 45 days for groups renting entire camps. If this deadline has been met, the reservation deposit may be refunded or applied to future reservations within one year (a non-refundable $25 processing fee will be charged). Excessive cancellations will jeopardize future campsite rental privileges.
Users are reminded that they are renting exposed sites: the council cannot offer guarantees regarding rain, or other natural conditions. Changes in lodging due to weather conditions may result in additional fees.
The council reserves the right to cancel events because of hazardous site conditions. In this case, all fees will be refunded.
